Wow! What a Busy Half Term.

September and October have been busy months in Lecanvey NS. Along with curricular activities we have had weekly GAA training, Dancing, In School Green School Workshop, Marine Biologist Visit, Credit Union Art Competition, & Pumpkin Carving Competition. We also created Autumn Trees using pasta shells, seed mosaic pumpkins using lentils, leaf collage art by collecting Autumn leaves, twigs, & berries, Hedgehogs using clay and matches, Practised our culinary skills by cooking Chilli Con Carne and making a Chocolate Cake, Mountains & places in Mayo Art and Colour wheel eyes. We finish off this very succesful term with a Halloween Party and a scary Halloween Walk!
