Blackberry Jam

We made some Blackberry Jam in our classroom. Firstly we collected some blackberries and then we added sugar and lemon whilst we cooked it over heat for 15 minutes. We then potted up our Jam and labelled it. The next day we tasted our jam with some scones and it was delicious. Overall a very enjoyable project.
